Welookup Insights LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the site lawfully and consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy. Engagements are governed by a separate signed statement of work; nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, logos, and underlying methodologies are owned by or licensed to Welookup Insights LLP. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. No other rights are granted.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party sites (e.g. scheduling, social, payment processors). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welookup Insights LLP and its partners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability arising from the site is capped at INR 10,000 (or local equivalent).

9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence, the courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site with a new effective date.
